El Pabellón at Caracas Arepa Bar, NYC. This is, by far, my favorite food item in the entire world. Hand-pat and grill a corn cake, similar to the consistency of a crumpet. Fill that with pulled pork, black beans, salty cheese, then stuff it with a sweet fried plantain and enjoy. I recommend slathering it in their spicy house sauce. Magnificent!
